Basic Yoga Level I

This is a calm and relaxing practice for both new and experienced students.  Here you will learn the basics.

This is a slow flowing Vinyasa practice.  In this class you will learn how to peacefully transition from posture to posture.

Vinyasa Yoga

This is a flowing sequence of postures to strengthen the body, calm the mind and soothe the spirit.

Tibetan Heart Yoga

A blend of basic level I & II postures woven together with focused breathing & a compassionate meditation to uplift the lives of others while you increase your own physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being.

Yoga During Pregnancy

With your doctor's blessing, enhanse pregnancy through strength, breath, flexibility & peace of mind.  Connect with body & baby from early pregnancy through delivery.  Research supports the benefits of a calm mother/baby relationship from the womb.  Appropriate through early postpartum. Basic Yoga Level I is an appropriate start.

Namaste Kids Yoga

Your child will be introduced to many benefits in class such as:

Essential Yoga Sutra

Explore one of the most important texts ever written on yoga.  Master Patanjali’s sutra or short book, clearly describes how to heal our mind and body through yoga.  This course is based on the new translation by Geshe Michael Roach and Christie McNally which is down to earth and as useful today as it was nearly 2000 years ago.  Bring a pen, a notebook, and be prepared to have fun as you learn!

Teen Yoga

Yoga for Teens has been specifically designed to target the core issues that adolescents face, such as stress, body image, mental focus and peace of mind.  Teen Yoga will center on poses that will build strength, flexibility, and also increase overall physical, mental and emotional health. This series is appropriate for all levels of experience. Class will be an open atmosphere where teens can have fun, relax, and grow.

With teens, Meaghan is dedicated to sharing yoga in a fun and meaningful way. She is a certified instructor with the Yoga Alliance. Meaghan has worked as a tutor with teens for over 5 years.  Meaghan is a student as well as a teacher of yoga and has witnessed first hand its positive effects both physically and mentally. Yoga is a way to not only relieve stress, but it also helps it’s students to find their own way and to build skills to make constructive use of the experiences we face everyday. Meaghan feels privileged to learn from this practice and honored to teach it to you.

Private Yoga Instruction

Pilates Infusion
Pilates, Yoga and Meditation. skillfully infusing three modalities of science, you will see core strength, definition and tone.  This also improves the endocrine function, leading to balanced hormones, improved serotinin and thyroid function, elevated metabolism, lowered stress, and improved moods and sleep patterns.  Come practice with our certified pilates instructor.

Intro to Yoga
Designed to help a new student build a foundation of postures, breath and technique to begin discovering the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.  For those with little or no prior Yoga experience, the Series build on each lesson to create a sense of confidence and self reliance.
