Class Schedule, Class Description and Pricing
Basic Level I – For New and Experienced students. A calm and soothing practice incorporating traditional yoga movements, breath and meditation. Achieve strength, flexibility, balance and peace.
Basci Level II – For Experienced students or people with average to above average fitness levels. Achieve higher levels of strength, flexibility, balance and peace with traditional fluid flowing movements, breath and meditation. We will always offer an advanced pose, participation not necessary.
Basic Yoga Level I/II – For Experienced or Daring New students desiring to control their own level of flow intensity. Work as hard or as easy as you like to achieve strength, flexibility, balance and peace. We will always offer an advanced pose, participation not necessary.
Intro to Yoga – For new students wishing to build a traditional foundation of yoga and confidence to advance to higher levels of strength, flexibility, balance and peace.
Dharma – It’s another word for the middle-way, or life’s purpose. In our Dharma group we study the philosophy of yoga as taught through the main book of yoga, The Yoga Sutra. We look at the secret teachings that have been buried for a thousand years. These secret teachings reveal how yoga really works. This is a donation class, and to create good karma for ourselves, we suggest being generous with this one. It is truly life changing.
We also offer private instruction by appointment.
