Intro to Yoga (Beginners) - For new students wishing to build a traditional foundation of yoga and confidence to advance to higher levels of strength, flexibility, balance and peace.

Evening Candlelight Yoga – (All levels) - Spend an evening in the soft, serene glow of candlelight using your yoga practice to open your body and mind.  This is an opportunity for students to connect with themselves, their breath and body and feel safe and cocooned while they practice.  This gentle evening class is a perfect ending to a busy day.

Basic Hatha Yoga - (All levels)  – A calm and soothing slow practice incorporating traditional yoga movements, breath and meditation.  Achieve strength, flexibility, balance and peace. 

Gentle Flow Yoga - (Intermediate) - Slowly flow through Sun Salutations and other traditional yoga poses.  Calm and soothing to build strength and flexibility.

Cool Blend Vinyasa Yoga - (Intermediate to Advanced) – For students desiring a rigorous flow of yoga poses.  We begin with the room cool and students cultivate inner-fire (agni) to gently open to Grace.   Achieve strength, flexibility, balance and peace.

Core Fusion - (All levels) – Yoga infused with the intense core strengthening of Pilates and ballet.  Develop definition, strength, flexibility and calm. This class is for Every Body.  Many of these techniques are incorporated into every class on the schedule.

Karma Yoga, donation only  - (All levels) - This is a basic yoga practice designed for ALL body styles. Meets Sundays at 7:00pm, with Marilyn Bird, RYT.  Donations go to local charities, please donate generously.
