Chair Yoga for Seniors with Lisa Tokarz, ERYT200
This is a 4 week work/playshop learning to practice yoga & meditaion from a chair. Not only for seniors, but if you work seated for long periods of time, this workshop is for you, too. Basic poses, breath and meditation techniques to help destress and re-energize anytime we feel the affects of stress and tension.
4 weeks for $50, Tuesday, Noon to 1:00pm, Begins Tues. Sept. 28, 2010
Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfotable clothing, chair provided, advanced registration required.
